Are you allowed to do the old school Literotica style imagery? Or does substack only allow bikini (sexy but not nude) photos for illustrated stories?
Just curious...that section of Literotica is utterly terrible now with the greyed out boxes. Never seen one thing ruin stories more than some images show, some don't.
Substack doesn't allow nudes (pics or illustrations)
But yeah, sad that Lit banned those kinds of pics. It's upset many people. But I'm still posting there with tame picture now. (this story is on Lit illustrated with some pics, in case you haven't seen it)
Have you ever thought about posting on Reddit? They have this Sext Stories subreddit which is pretty good. Not always as long form as yours but it's all pics or illustrated. Granted, writing quality is often no where near what you do. However, still a lot of good storytellers in various niches.

That could be interesting to explore. Right now I post on Lit, here, nifty, and Medium (medium actually pays writers for views/engagement).
